USDA Tenders for 32,720 MT Pulses
KANSAS CITY - Feb 23/06 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here is seeking offers of 32,720 metric tons (MT) of pulses for shipment in April.
Under terms of USDA PL-480 food aid tender Solicitation 036, the USDA is mainly trying to buy field peas and lentils. It is only seeking offers of 560 MT of dry edible beans, compared to 18,660 MT of lentils and 13,500 MT of whole and split green and yellow peas.
