Edible Beans in Middle of Trading RangeVANCOUVER - Feb 10/06 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets managed to inch up to the middle of their recent trading range during the past week. The spot market index for U.S. origin beans have moved in a nine point range during the latest five week period. They have moved between 700 and 709 points, managing to finish the week four to close at 704. Processor attitudes were helped by news the USDA bought 920 metric tons (MT) of pinto beans for shipment as food in March, along with 430 MT of great northern beans.
