Grower Holding Props Canaryseed
VANCOUVER - Feb 10/06 - SNS -- Limited grower participation in canaryseed markets lent some support to values during the past week.
Much of the canaryseed still in the hands of growers is owned by those who will not make it available to markets until there is a substantial recovery in prices.
Some are looking for values to at least double and are prepared to take advantage of the seeds ability to store for extended periods of time without suffering quality damage.
