Agricore United Board Names
WINNIPEG - Feb 10/06 - SNS -- Agricore United's Board of Directors re-elected Wayne Drul as Chair and Jon K. Grant as First Vice-Chair.
Three other directors re-elected as vice-chairs are Maurice Lemay of Tangent, AB as Alberta Vice-Chair, Terry Youzwa of Nipawin, SK as Saskatchewan Vice-Chair and Robert Pettinger of Elgin, MB as Manitoba Vice-Chair.
At the Agricore United Annual Members' Meeting in Winnipeg this week the following four member-directors were re-elected to serve on the Company's Board of Directors for three-year terms. They include: Terry Youzwa of Nipawin, Saskatchewan; Alanna Koch of Edenwold, Saskatchewan; Brett Halstead of Nokomis, Saskatchewan; and Hugh Drake of Elkhorn, Manitoba.
Jon K. Grant was re-elected by shareholders to serve on the Board as a non-member director for a three-year term. Steven R. Mills was elected by shareholders to serve on the Board as a non-member director for a one-year term.
