All Cotton Ginnings Up, Pima DownWASHINGTON - Feb 9/06 - SNS -- Cotton ginnings continue to run ahead of year earlier levels through the end of January, according to the latest USDA report. Ginnings of all cotton have advanced from 21,249,400 bales last year to 22,321,200 bales this year. So far this crop year, 573,050 bales of Pima have been ginned, down from 656,300 bales last year.
