USDA Buys 6,950 MT Pulses
KANSAS CITY - Feb 8/06 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here confirmed the purchase of 6,950 metric tons (MT) of wheat for shipment March.
The USDA bought all pulses requested under terms of PL-480 food aid tender invitation 026. Prices paid on the tender were generally higher on dry edible beans, but mostly lower on the field peas and lentils bought.
