Lentils Struggle to Hold Value
VANCOUVER - Feb 3/06 - SNS -- Seasonally light demand is making it hard for lentil markets to maintain values, resulting in a generally easier close in Canada.
By contrast, U.S. and Australian markets were mainly unchanged on the week, with shippers is Australia busy meeting new crop sales commitments and processors in the United States working off previous food aid sales.
