Canada's Weekly Exports Total 566,600 MTWINNIPEG - Feb 3/06 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 12,387,500 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year up 1,857,000 MT from the 10,530,500 moved last year. The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending January 29. Grower deliveries during the week included 229,300 MT wheat; 84,900 MT durum; 34,500 MT oats; 111,300 MT barley; 3,100 MT flax; 197,400 MT canola; 21,700 MT peas; and 1,600 MT corn. The CGC pegged total exports during the week at 566,600 MT . On the grain side this included including 188,000 MT wheat; 70,500 MT durum; 21,300 MT oats; 138,600 MT barley; 2,900 MT flax; and no corn.
