Cotton Ginnings Reach 21.4 M Bales
WASHINGTON - Jan 25/06 - SNS -- Cotton ginnings continue to run ahead of year earlier levels through the middle of January, according to the latest USDA report.
Ginnings of all cotton have advanced from 20,154,700 bales last year to 21,400,250 bales this year. So far this crop year, 520,750 bales of Pima have been ginned, down from 601,200 bales last year.
