Fresh, Frozen Fruit Stocks Down in DecemberWASHINGTON - Jan 23/06 - SNS -- Frozen fruit supplies fell 6% during December to finish the month at almost 1,066 million pounds, down 3% from the previous year, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage. Inventories of frozen juice dropped 24% from the previous year and rose 3% from the previous month to 1,339 million pounds. Fresh apples stocks finished the month at 4,750 million pounds, down 8% from last year, and down 13% from November.
