Little Change in Birdseed Values
VANCOUVER - Jan 13/06 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets were mostly unchanged during the past week, reflecting a slow start to the calendar year.
This season's proso millet crop in the United States was confirmed lower than last year. The USDA pegged output at 307,199 metric tons (MT), down from 341,672 MT last year, but above the 259,684 MT grown in 2003.
