Shell Egg Use Drops In NovemberWASHINGTON - Jan 9/06 - SNS -- The USDA reports the quantity of eggs used by food manufacturers fell 5% in November to 167 million dozen, but managed to come in 7% above year earlier levels. During calendar year 2005 through November, shell eggs broken totaled 1.89 billion dozen, up 7% from the 1.76 billion dozen broken in the comparable period in 2004.
