Weekly Canadian Canola Crush Up, Soy Down
WINNIPEG - Jan 6/06 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 68,138 metric tons (MT) of canola and 22,559 of soybeans during the week ending January 4.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, canola crush rose 4.4%, after declining the previous week. Soybean crush dropped 9.0%, for a third week over week decrease.
