USDA Buys 16,720 MT Pulses
KANSAS CITY - Jan 6/06 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here confirmed the purchase of 16,720 metric tons (MT) of field peas, lentils and dry edible beans for shipment in February.
In announcing the results of export invitation 016, the USDA said, "Due to price, 1,120 MT of yellow split peas were not purchased."
