Lentils Ready for Holiday Break
VANCOUVER - Dec 16/05 - SNS -- Lentil markets were little changed to easier in a week which saw trading activity slow as traders in many countries switch into holiday mode.
Latin and North American and European markets will be mostly closed through January 3 for Christmas and New Year's celebrations.
The pending USDA PL-480 food aid tender invitations could be the most significant demand news until January, with processors hoping the U.S. government is in a giving mood this month.
