Limited Supply Keeps Chickpeas Firm
VANCOUVER - Oct 14/05 - SNS -- International chickpea markets remain strong against limited availability of merchandise from Mexico, the United States and Canada.
While Canada's harvest continues to push forward, the quality of most chickpeas harvested in October have been suspect because of weathering. Crops have suffered from rain, frost, and an attempt to regrow.
