Canada's Canola Crush Up, Soy DownWINNIPEG - Jul 5/02 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 37,017 metric tons (MT) of canola and 18,095 MT of soybeans during the week ending July 3. The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, rose 7.1% from last week's level for canola, while dropping 19.7% on the week for soybean.
