Idrovo is President Dole Worldwide Packaged Foods
NEW YORK - Oct 11/05 - SNS -- Dole Food Company, Inc., named Javier H. Idrovo its new President, Dole Worldwide Packaged Foods, to succeed Peter M. Nolan, who earlier announced his retirement after 13 years with Dole.
Idrovo will report directly to Richard J. Dahl, President and Chief Operating Officer of Dole. Idrovo joined the Company in 2001 as Vice President of Strategy. He was promoted in 2004 to Senior Vice President of Strategy. In 2005, he was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dole Worldwide Packaged Foods.
The company announced that Brad C. Bartlett was promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales, reporting to Idrovo. In his new position, he will have responsibility for all Marketing and Sales teams in the United States, Canadian and Asian markets.
Danko Stambuk was named Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, reporting to Idrovo. Stambuk's responsibilities will include worldwide sourcing, production, logistics and distribution for the division.
The company announced the appointment of Allan M. Dicks to replace Idrovo. Dicks joined Dole in 2003 and was promoted to the position of Worldwide Controller for Dole Worldwide Packaged Foods in 2005.
