Lentils Frustrated by Transportation
VANCOUVER - Oct 7/05 - SNS -- Transportation problems continue to mount in the North American lentil industry, with companies finding it difficult to move product in railcars.
On the other hand, high fuel costs have driven truck transportation rates to levels which make it uncompetitive with rail on some domestic and most export routes.
