Canadian Growers Face Dollar Challenge
VANCOUVER - Sep 30/05 - SNS -- International chickpea markets are not backing down from current trading levels, despite improved availability of new crop merchandise from both Canada and the United States.
However, markets seem to have plateaued, with the result there does not seem to be much upside potential because prices remain at levels which discourage anything but base consumption rates.
