Cotton Ginnings Rise 5.1%WASHINGTON - Sep 12/05 - SNS -- The quantity of cotton ginned through September 1 are up 5.1% from the amount processed during the same period last year. according to the USDA. Ginnings totaled 592,050 running bales prior to September 1, compared with 563,400 running bales ginned prior to the same date last year and 566,650 running bales in 2003.
