Harvest Worries Strengthen Chickpeas
VANCOUVER - Sep 9/05 - SNS --- Canadian chickpea markets finished the week on a stronger note against growing worries about the prospective quality of this year's harvest.
Canadian chickpea growers were frustrated by the current cycle of rain and dry weather. It is not allowing them to steadily harvest product and exposing what remains to bleaching and staining.
