Australia Live Sheep Exports Down 4.1%DONALD - Jul 5/02 - SNS -- Live sheep exports from Australia are down 4.1% from year earlier levels, according to the latest export trade data available from the Australian Livestock Export Corporation (LiveCorp). The number of animals exported during the first five months of the current calendar year totalled 2.51 million head, down from 2.62 million head during the same period last year, but up from the 2.14 million exported in the year 2000.
