USDA Buys 25,760 MT Pulses
KANSAS CITY - Sep 8/05 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here confirmed the purchase of 25,760 metric tons (MT) of pulses for shipment in October.
The full quantity of pulses sought under terms of USDA PL-480 food aid tender invitation 095 were purchased. This was the final tender of the 2005 fiscal year and future tender volumes will be subject to the amount of money available under the USDA's budget for fiscal 2006.
