Shell Egg Use Up In JulyWASHINGTON - Sep 8/05 - SNS -- Food manufacturers in the United States used 168 million dozen shell eggs in July, up 3% from July a year ago but 9% below the 185 million broken last month. During calendar year 2005 through July, shell eggs broken totaled 1.19 billion dozen, up 8% from the 1.10 million dozen broken in the comparable period in 2004.
