North American Beans in New Crop Mode
VANCOUVER - Sep 2/05 - SNS -- Edible bean markets in the United States have completed the transition from old to new crop pricing, as harvest activity spreads across the growing area.
The change was reflected in an 11 point decline in the spot market index for dealer beans to 722; while the grower index lost another seven points to close at 652.
