U.S. Edible Bean Condition Little ChangedWASHINGTON - Aug 29/05 - SNS -- Dry edible bean crops remain in generally good condition in the main producing areas, judging from the latest state level crop progress reports. This year's bean crops are in best condition in Wyoming, with 88% rated good. No other state has crops rated more than 70% good to excellent. Crops are rated over 65% good to excellent in Colorado, Michigan, and North Dakota. They are rated over 40% fair or worse in Minnesota, Montana, and Washington.
