AWB Sets Pool Guaranteed Access Dates
SYDNEY - Aug 22/05 - SNS -- The Australian wheat market board, AWB Limited, set guaranteed access dates for its 2005-06 wheat pools.
Pools will remain open until the posted dates. "Beyond these dates, the pool may close without notice, in order to protect pool value and safeguard participants," the AWB said.
"The nominated Guaranteed Access Dates reflect when AWB expects harvest to be substantially complete in each of the regions, and allow growers a reasonable opportunity to deliver to AWB National Pool."
As in past years, these dates can be extended by AWB National Pool if it is warranted by seasonal conditions.
