Week Four in Vancouver Truck StrikeVANCOUVER - Jul 19/05 - SNS -- Positions held by companies and organizations involved in job action by members of Vancouver Container Truckers Association (VCTA) appear to becoming more intractable amid charges of increased use of physical intimidation and vandalism in the dispute. The strike has now started week four. The level of frustration on the part of container loading facilities and other companies involved in moving cargo through the port was recently highlighted by a member of the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA).
