Mexican Poultry Industry Expanding
WASHINGTON - Jul 15/05 - SNS -- Mexico's poultry industry should continue growing in the coming year as part of an ongoing trend toward vertical integration in the chicken industry, argues the U.S. agricultural attache for the country in a recent report on the sector.
"Growth in chicken production continues to outstrip both beef and pork, as Mexico's rapidly growing poultry industry becomes increasingly concentrated, integrated, and modern," the agricultural attache said.
