ADM Expands Batchelder's Responsibilities
NEW YORK - Jul 1/05 - SNS -- Lewis Batchelder will assume oversight responsibilities for the ADM Animal Health & Nutrition division and ADM Alliance Nutrition, Inc. He is currently ADM Senior Vice President-Agricultural Services.
Fred Gutzmann, Vice President and General Manager-Animal Health & Nutrition, and Terry Myers, Vice President and General Manager-Alliance Nutrition, will continue in their current positions as General Managers for each group.
Additionally, the research activities of Animal Health & Nutrition and Alliance Nutrition will be combined with the Company's other research groups to achieve administrative synergies and to expand research capabilities for these businesses.
The ADM Animal Health & Nutrition division provides feed ingredients to feed manufacturers and large-scale livestock producers to produce specialized feed products. Alliance Nutrition specializes in the production and sale of a full line of feed products for livestock and companion animals.
