Food Aid Supports U.S. Peas
VANCOUVER - Jun 24/05 - SNS -- Field pea markets in the United States ended the week on a positive note, because of last week's USDA PL-480 tender activity.
The government is seeking offers of 1,170 metric tons (MT) of whole green peas; 6,330 MT of whole yellow peas; 950 MT of yellow splits; and 5,100 MT of green and/or yellow split peas.
