Pakistan Pulse Production JumpsVANCOUVER- Jun 16/05 - SNS -- Pulse production levels in Pakistan are up sharply on account of bountiful desi chickpea harvests, judging from data from the Karachi Wholesalers Grocers Group (KWGG) and other industry sources. Total output for the 2005-06 season could end up rising from an estimated 953,000 metric tons (MT) in 2004 to a projected 1.278 million MT this year.
