WINNIPEG - Jun 15/05 - SNS -- Specialty crop area fell short of intended area, according to the latest crop progress report from Manitoba Agriculture, Food And Rural Initiatives.
Wet weather prevented growers from finishing planting this year's sunflower, dry edible bean and potentially buckwheat and canaryseed.
