U.S. Edible Bean Seeding On Par With Last YearWASHINGTON - Jun 14/05 - SNS -- Seeding of this year's dry edible bean crop is on a par last year as wet weather in several key producing states preventing growers from making much progress, judging from data available from states reporting seeding progress. Seeding is now nearing completion in Montana. Washington and Wyoming; but much progress remains to be made in Colorado, Michigan and Nebraska.
