Manitoba Beans Over 80% Planted
WINNIPEG - Jun 8/05 - SNS -- Seeding of this year's dry edible bean crops are between 80% and 85% complete, according to Manitoba Agriculture, Food And Rural Initiatives.
This represents between 160,000 and 170,000 of the 200,000 acres of all classes of beans initially intended to be sown in the province.
