India's Monsoon Crucial for CropsWASHINGTON - Jun 7/05 - SNS -- This year's monsoon is more crucial than usual for India as water levels in the country's irrigation reservoirs are only 92% of the ten-year average, reports the U.S. agricultural attache for the country.
