VANCOUVER - May 27/05 - SNS -- International chickpea markets remained steady during the past week against relatively light demand.
Markets continue to be supported by problems with the Mexican harvest and doubts about the size of Australia's desi and kabuli chickpea crops on account of drought in several key producing areas.
