Chickpeas Transitioning Into New Crop
VANCOUVER - May 20/05 - SNS -- North American chickpea markets are starting their transition into new crop pricing along with Mexico.
Processors in Canada and the United States report they are essentially sold out of old crop kabuli chickpeas, with the result nominal asking prices remain at high levels.
