Frozen Fruit Inventories Little ChangedWASHINGTON - May 20/05 - SNS -- Inventories of frozen fruit were little changed from year earlier levels at the end of April, though they were down from month earlier levels, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage. Inventories of frozen fruit fell 7% during the month to 703.4 million pounds. Stocks of frozen juice dropped 15% from the previous year, but rose 4% above the previous month to 1,978 million pounds. Fresh apples stocks finished March at 2,051 million pounds, up 42% from the previous year, but down 27% during on the month.
