Chickpeas Remain Firm
VANCOUVER - May 13/05 - SNS -- International chickpea markets remained relatively strong during the past week against a short crop in Mexico.
This is the second crop problem in Mexico in a row and leaves a hole in world supply of large caliber chickpeas, driving demand to suppliers in Turkey, the United States and elsewhere.
