Egg Use Rises in U.S.WASHINGTON - May 6/05 - SNS -- The quantity of eggs used by food manufacturers rose in March, jumping 12% above year earlier levels to 180 million dozen, according to the latest USDA data. During calendar year 2005, shell eggs broken totaled 495 million dozen, up 10% from the 448 million dozen broken in 2004.
