Food Grade Peas Mostly Unchanged
VANCOUVER - Apr 15/05 - SNS -- North American field pea markets finished the week's trading mostly unchanged against fill in business by processors and exporters.
The USDA continued as the dominant force in field pea markets in the United States during the past week. After buying 2,390 metric tons (MT) of yellow peas the previous week, it tendered for 9,520 MT of whole and split yellow and green peas.
