North American Field Peas Mixed
VANCOUVER - Apr 8/05 - SNS -- North American field pea markets ended the week's trading mixed despite a good increase in the level of business activity.
Processors in the United States sold 7,250 metric tons (MT) of whole yellow peas to the U.S. government during the week and were requested to make offers on another 2,380 MT yellow pea tender next week.
