Organic Crops Emerging in Bosnia and HerzegovinaWASHINGTON - Mar 28/05 - SNS -- Organic crop production is starting to emerge in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), with approximately 500 hectares and 60 producers and processors now involved, according to a recent report on the sector by the U.S. agricultural attache for the country. Most of the production is focused on grains, vegetables, fruits, medicinal herbs, and mushrooms with organic production from wild forests making up a significant share of total production.
