USDA Designates Ag Disaster CountiesWASHINGTON - Mar 22/05 - SNS -- The USDA designated counties in Texas and Maine as primary agricultural disaster areas. In Texas, Hutchinson and Moore Counties were designated as primary disaster areas due to losses caused by excessive rain and excessive snow that occurred from Oct. 1, 2004, and continuing.
