Lentils Firmer on Cost Increases
VANCOUVER - Mar 18/05 - SNS -- Lentil markets finished the week on a slightly firmer note despite the absence of significant fresh demand.
Growers and processors were not active participants during the week, allowing cost increases brought about by escalating petroleum markets and a weak U.S. dollar to be fully incorporated into asking prices.
