India's Sugar Crop Bigger Than Thought
NEW DELHI - Mar 17/05 - SNS - India's raw sugar harvest will likely end up larger than first thought, resulting in smaller than expected imports.
Recent production estimates peg the country's output around 12.5 million metric tons (MT), up from earlier forecasts of a 11.7 million crop.
