Russia Cancels Fertilizer Export DutyKIEV - Mar 14/05 - APK -- According to press service of Russian Federation government, Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov signed a resolution, which abolished export duty for mineral fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, on March 10, 2005. Earlier these products were imposed with 5% export duty. The government resolution will come into force in a month after it is officially published.
