Scoular Buys Barge Loading Facility
NEW YORK - Mar 4/05 - SNS -- Scoular Company bought a bulk grain-handling terminal in Helena, Arkansas from Kinder Morgan, Incorporated.
Located on the Mississippi River, the Helena operation is a direct transfer facility consisting of two conveyers that transfer grain directly from trucks to two barge loading locations.
In addition to local operations and merchandising personnel, Scoular's Helena operation will be supported and managed by John Gill who is located in Scoular's Charleston office.
